Abstract

ICTs have become a strong ally in strengthening individualsâ?? healthy lifestyle, taking into account nutrition intake and physical activity levels. Nutrition applications provide the means for automatic dietary intake and energy expenditure measurements as well as personalised counselling and educational services.
